When new tasks are introduced on site that weren't part of the original scope
If there is a significant change in conditions, scope, or hazard exposure
When conflicting work arises between trades on site
Review with employees during tailgate meetings and post at workstations if applicable

Cover the day's tasks, identified hazards, controls in place, and emergency procedures
All crew members present must sign off — this is a COR requirement
Takes 5–10 minutes — do it before tools come off the truck
